Next to tips & tricks, every week a new meditation and/or mindfulness practice becomes available within the Inner Explorers Community Area. We continuously explore different approaches & topics. Struggling with consistency? This is your invitation to make meditation a cherished part of your week.

The new sessions are shared each Wednesday 11:00 AM C.E.S.T. (Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris), after which the practice is always available for you within the evergreen community space. Each exploration deepens your practice and offers a creative approach to your inwards journey.

Community

Being part of the community naturally strengthens and amplifies any practice. Being an Inner Explorer also includes being able to read/share feedback on the sessions in the community space & learning from each other whilst tuning inwards.

Meditation Teacher of 7+ years & N.E.I. Therapist

A guide for modern meditation, therapist and facilitator with a focus on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness through play and curiosity. Rather than sticking to rigid methods, I support those I work with to create a personal, sustainable practice & inward language that creates confidence from the inside out.

My work blends a playful approach to meditation, mindfulness, somatic insight, and real-life-tested integration techniques.

Who is this for?

The Inner Explorers Club is for those who explored meditation and/or mindfulness a little bit and are looking for more consistency & creativity within this space.

This is for you if you want to deepen the connection to your body through the power of your mind and create more peace in the daily challenges of life. This is practicing without pressure or performance, this is a space for you to enjoy meditation again.

Who is this club not for?

This club may not be the right fit if you are:

  • deeply uncomfortable with silence or inner stillness

  • in acute trauma, crisis, or deep fresh grief (1:1 support is recommended)

  • solely interested in analysing or understanding meditation intellectually

  • needing 1:1 guidance or therapy

What is the investment?

The Inner Explorers Club is a monthly membership of €15,- all-in.

Your membership can be canceled any time for the following month, and you’ll receive access to the full community space with the meditations, live sessions and tips & tricks for as long as you’re a member.

How often are the meditations, and do I need to attend live?

A new meditation of approximately 20 minutes is shared every week at 11:00 AM C.E.T. (Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris), and you will automatically receive the notification for the new drop in your inbox.

All meditations are available within the community space, so you can practice in a way that fits your rhythm and lifestyle.

How do I sign up & become an inner explorer?

Once you sign up below, you’ll receive access through your very own account.

You'll immediately be able to access the community space and all the meditations in there, and will soon receive the invite to the next live. Can't wait to meet you!
